Starbucks Coffee Company

Use to love it here. But I refuse to pay 5.75 for a mini drink. It’s a child size drink. And for whatever reason this Starbucks is watering down their drinks on top of it all. Many times I’ve given them chances by going back repeatedly hoping it was an off day. I even ask for an espresso shot. Today I even changed my drink. I will not be back. The frappes taste like chocolate milk now. And my iced caramel macchiato tastes like milk. Disgusting. And I’ll never get my money back on the many days I’ve been disappointed and threw my drink out. Sadly people are so brainwashed and addicted they’ll keep giving their hard earned money to small watered down coffee. I am done. And gotta love how mgmt doesn’t give you a direct number or email in the below responses to negative feedback. Ask for more details. lol. Our reviews are pretty thorough. Mgmt Not helpful at all either apparently

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I'm not sure why, but its the only location who can make my cold brew perfectly. I actually go out of my way to stop there when I'm running errands rather than going to the ones I will pass. I always order on the app and rarely have to wait. Never disappointed. Thanks for always making me do the happy dance after taking the first sip!

I was here studying recently, and a worker named Hannah was sooo nice! And gave us great service. She was an angel. Super sweet. Definetly deserves a raise!

I have come to this Starbucks several times and both times waited over 10 minutes. There were two people making drinks for god’s sake one of them should have been ringing people up or taking orders. Slow as hell! Between 6am and 8am you don’t have time to be slow people want their Starbucks before work and they want to get there ON TIME! Just don’t come here. And I didn’t even place my order because both old ladies were taking forever. There was an old lady and a younger lady but the younger lady was moving just as slow as the old lady 😫. They need to be fired

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area. Everything flowed so easily, and customer service was phenomenal. As of the past few months, it's slowly declined, and this morning was the last straw for me. I ordered my usual almost 7.00 drink. When received, I explained the drink doesn't look like my normal drink and I've never been handed one looking like that. Instead of offering to make it over or correct it, he tells me to taste it. It wasn't what I usually get, but rather than hold up the line, I just let him know it wasn't okay and left. There are too many Starbucks in the area to settle for less than you deserve at this price.
